HOW TO ORDER

• To order your prints, please send us a package with your negatives, clearly listing each negative number and which kind of printing methods, print sizes and quantities you require for each negative.

• All prints come with white borders. Please specify whether you're having full frame images or selective enlarging, that is a centred part of the photograph, for each numbered negative.
• In the very unlikely event of losing or damaging your films while in our care, our responsability is to provide you new film and processing service whether we processed the first films or not, of the same kind.
• If you need your films developed, please state which kind of films they are to avoid any misunderstandings.

• Finally, list the costs and the total amount you will be paying.

• All prices include IVA. Please add £ 18.000 (€ 9.30) delivery charge to the final amount.

• You can choose from four forms of payment: pay on delivery, by cheque, by postal order (vaglia postale) and by credit card (all types of VISA and MASTERCARD). DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE POST.

- If paying on delivery, you will have to pay for the whole amount to the postman or couricr delivering your package.
- If paying by cheque, please include a cheque for the total amount with your order, made out to 'Fotoarte di Anderson e Migliorini snc'. The cheque must be in Italian Lire.
- If paying by postal order, please make it payable to 'Fotoarte di Anderson e Migliorini snc' at our Siena address and include a copy of your payment slip with your order.
- If paying by credit card, please list clearly the name on the card, date of birth of the card's owner, type of card, card number and expiry date.
• Please, do not forget to include your name, address, day and evening phone numbers plus e-mail address and mobile number if possible.

• If you need an invoice, please include your IVA number.

• Upon receiving your package, we will contact you to make sure we have the right instructions and to give you an arrival estimate.
To doublecheck you have worked out the right amount to pay, you can ring us to go over your order with us.

• Alternatively, you can come directly to our shop with your orders and requests and we will proceed to carry them out immediately.
