Carriage Costs
Further on we have listed our carriage pricing details for all various part of Italy, Europe and the world. Please make sure you fill in the order form with the relevant amount. If in doubt, obviously ask us for help.

Currency Conversion
You can easily convert all our prices to your own currency by just clicking here.
(All credit card transactions are automatically converted)

Placing your orders
To place your order with us, please fill in the order form, excluding your credit card details. The form automatically helps with choosing the right size and price for each picture and gives you the grand total. Write in any special requirements or requests in the comments box. Finally, check all the details again, print the form out for your own reference and then click the submit button to email your order to us. We will email you back to confirm your order and let you know your order's delivery date.

Forms of payment

- PAYING BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

If you are paying by credit card, please print out your completed order form, simply write in your credit card details and then fax it to us on (0039) 0577 226080, or post it to us at: Fotoarte s.n.c., Via C. Angiolieri 49, 53100 Siena, Italy (preferably registered post).

Alternatively you can give us the details by phone at the same number as above.
If you get our answering machine, please leave a message speaking clearly, with your name, phone number, email address maybe and your card details as on the order form.. Or ask us to call you back.

If you'd like us to call you instead, please put a note in the comments box with your phone number and what time would be more convenient for you.

- PAYING BY CHEQUE

We can only accept cheques in Italian Lire, therefore cheques from Italian banks.
If you really want to pay from abroad with a Eurocheque drawn in Italian Lire, please add £ 20000 (€ 10.33) for bank charges, then post (registered) it to us at the usual address with a printed copy of your order.
The same goes for International Money Orders.
